The Seneschal is the legal representative of the branch. They are responsible for the administration of the branch and is the point of contact for any public event, demonstration, or release of information to the media.
The office of the exchequer is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the branch, supervising the finances of the branch, and assembling reports and submitting them to the Kingdom Exchequer or designated deputy in a timely fashion.
Heraldic duties are multifaceted, encompassing voice heraldry, education, and maintenance of local protocols and the local Order of Precedence. This includes acting as an "emcee" at events, making proclamations, and announcing in court, as well as teaching classes on subjects like "how to pick a name" or "how to design a device".
Responsibilities involve helping members research, design, and submit names and devices to the College of Arms, assisting with heraldic inquiries, and reviewing submissions from other groups. Quarterly reports must be submitted on designated dates to the Triskele Herald.

The Office of the Marshal is responsible for overseeing the conduct of all martial arts activities, including but not limited to tournaments, rapier combat, archery, and thrown weapons. The Marshal bears primary responsibility for promoting both the safety and the authenticity of the martial arts in the branch, but works with other officers in their areas of mutual interest.
